Bidirectional Balanced XDT-A-E2Y Rope Switch YHPLS-2

The bidirectional balanced XDT-A-E2Y rope switch utilizes the obstruction or reflection of the detected object on the beam of light, and is selected by a synchronous circuit to detect the presence or absence of the object. Objects are not limited to metals, and all objects that can reflect light can be detected. The photoelectric switch converts the input current into a light signal on the transmitter and emits it. The receiver then detects the target object based on the strength or presence of the received light.

Description

Conveyor switch

The principle of the bidirectional balanced XDT-A-E2Y rope switch is that the rope switch consists of a pull rod, a reset handle, a cam, a locking groove, and a micro switch. The pull rope switch is installed on the frames on both sides of the belt conveyor, and is connected along both sides of the conveyor with a steel wire rope. When an emergency occurs in the conveyor belt equipment, the steel wire rope is pulled at any location along the site, and the steel wire rope drives the drive arm to rotate. The precision cam is displaced by the torque spring driven by the transmission shaft, and the micro switch is driven to cut off the control line, causing the conveyor to stop running. The installation and adjustment of the bidirectional balance XDT-A-E2Y rope switch should be installed in a place with maintenance channels on both sides of the conveyor, and the installation position should ensure that maintenance personnel can operate conveniently in emergency situations. 1. Cut off the main power supply first, and then use a multimeter to measure the live wire. The switch must be installed at one end of the live wire. 2. Cut the live wire in a suitable place, and there are two joints, and the pull switch also has two joints. 3. Peel off the two joints of the live wire and expose the metal wire, and connect them to either of the two joints of the switch. 4. Cut off the excessively long metal wire at the connected joint to prevent two metal wires from colliding and short circuiting. 5. Loosen the cover of the pull switch and you can see a metal shaft with a hole at one end. 6. There is also a hole on the side of the plastic casing of the pull switch. First, pass the pull wire through the opening of the plastic casing to introduce the pull wire into the pull switch. Then, insert one end of the introduced pull wire into the shaft and tie a knot. Shorten the excessively long pull wire after tying. 7. Rotate the cover of the cable switch to prevent electric shock.
