Cut off the excessively long metal wire at the connected joint to prevent two metal wires from colliding and short circuiting. 5. First, pass the pull wire through the opening of the plastic casing to introduce the pull wire into the pull switch. Then, insert one end of the introduced pull wire into the shaft and tie a knot. Shorten the excessively long pull wire after tying. 7. Rotate the cover of the cable switch to prevent electric shock. The rope switch is a switch type sensor (i.e. contactless travel switch) mainly used as a protective device for emergency parking of conventional belt conveyors, shuttle conveyors, skirt feeding conveyors, bucket elevators, packaging production lines, stacking/reclaiming systems, cranes, excavators, ship loading and unloading systems, horizontal feeders, and other equipment on site. When an emergency occurs, pulling the rope switch at any location along the site can issue a shutdown signal, achieving protection for personnel and equipment.
