The dual directional rope switch is mainly composed of pull rods, cams, reset handles, lock slots, micro switches and other components. The pull rope switch is installed on both sides of the frame of the belt conveyor, and is connected by a steel wire rope along both sides of the conveyor equipment. In the event of an emergency in the conveyor belt equipment, pulling the steel wire rope at any point along the conveyor will pull the drive arm to start rotating, and through the transmission shaft, drive the torque spring to cause the precise cam to shift, driving the bidirectional rope switch to cut off the control circuit, causing the conveyor to quickly stop running. Because it has the characteristics of both a travel switch and a micro switch, as well as sensing performance, and is reliable in action, stable in performance, fast in frequency response, long in service life, strong in resistance to interference, waterproof, shockproof, and corrosion-resistant.
