Zhuoxin Magnetic Proximity Switch KCJ-1 is a new type of switch in the development of automation technology. This switch has strong capabilities and is suitable for use in gas and coal dust explosion (explosion) hazardous areas underground in coal mines. It serves as a deceleration point for shaft elevators, limit parking, over roll protection switch, loading and unloading gate, air door control, tunnel transportation, mining car counting, cart pushing machine, car blocking device, and broadcasting platform. It is also widely used as a speed switching circuit in automatic control devices and relay protection devices in mining, machinery, light industry, metallurgy, chemical, textile, and scientific research departments. The shell of this switch and the shell of the control magnet are both made of brass (Hpb59-1) or stainless steel cast and processed. Small size, light weight, with anti impact strength, easy installation and maintenance, dust-proof and waterproof lamp characteristics. The core adopts an epoxy resin sealing structure, which reduces the risk of electric arc and improves reliability, with an Ip54 rating.
The control magnetic steel adopts a structural composition, with stable performance, and can be directly installed on iron materials without causing external magnetic field short circuits.
