TCK-4T Mining Intrinsic Safety Magnetic Sensor
The TCK and KGE series magnetic switches are non mechanical contact magnetic proximity switches, also known as mining magnetic switches. It consists of an iron-based amorphous magnetic ring sensor, a signal conditioning circuit, and an output switch circuit. When the magnetic detection body enters the induction area of the magnetic ring sensor, the electromagnetic field coupling effect, switch action, and output switch signal. The output signal reflects the position and movement direction of the detection body, serving as the travel control signal of the system. The TCK-4T magnetic mining sensor uses a pulse iron-based amorphous magnetic ring sensor, which adopts magnetic pulse compression technology and has magnetic sensitivity and resolution characteristics. At the same time, the switch has short recovery time, reliability, long lifespan, repeatable frequency operation, and no ionization and switch ablation problems. The circuit adopts technology to reduce signal false alarms and false alarms. Can be reliably used in complex working environments in mines. There are two types of products: universal and type. The sensor is installed on the end face of the switch, and all components are cured in the switch housing with epoxy resin sealing adhesive, which is moisture-proof, dust-proof, corrosion-proof, and shockproof. The shell leads out an eight core cable.
