Conveyor switch

EW-H-C1 elevator weighing sensor, proximity switch description EW-H-C1 elevator weighing sensor, proximity switch function:
The weighing sensor is a load measurement device that determines whether it has reached overload by changing the displacement between the magnetic steel and the sensing area, commonly known as overload switch or proximity switch. EW-H-C1 application: Widely used in lifting equipment such as freight elevators, elevators, and utility elevators, as well as escalator equipment that requires energy-saving operation. Working principle: The Hall device inside the proximity sensor senses the magnetic field generated by the magnetic steel, changes the displacement between the magnetic steel and the sensor, and causes a change in the magnetic field strength passing through the Hall device. When the change reaches a certain value, the relay is controlled to output a switch signal. According to this principle, when the weight value reaches or exceeds its rated load, the switch signal can be output to prevent the equipment from continuing to operate. Refer to the system support schematic diagram to make installation brackets. 2. Fix the device with a bracket and install it as close to the testing surface as possible. 3. Attach the magnetic steel to the middle position at the bottom of the testing surface, with the marked side facing the sensor sensing point. 4. Place the rated load weight or heavy object into the equipment to ensure it is fully loaded. 5. Moving the sensor up and down ensures that the red LE indicator light on the sensor is in a critical state of turning on and off. At this point, tighten the nut and install it. (When in use, only the device needs to reach the rated load, the red LE indicator light will light up and output a switch signal)
