TCK series magnetic switches are non mechanical contact magnetic proximity switches. It consists of magnetic sensors, electronic circuits, and output switches. When the permanent magnet of the magnetic detection body enters the induction area of the TCK switch magnetic sensor, relying on the magnetic field, the TCK switch operates and outputs a switch signal. The output signal reflects the position and movement direction of the detection body, and serves as a stroke control signal for the control system. The TCK series magnetic switches come in two types: universal and type, with four types of products: the TCK-1 magnetic switch; TCK-2 magnetic switch; TCK-3 and TCK-4 retaining magnetic switches. The TCK-1 magnetic switch operates for 2 seconds when an external S-pole magnetic field acts on the magnetic sensor. When in a stationary state, it is in a transition state, loses the magnetic field effect, and automatically resets. Similar to general mechanical instantaneous action button switches, press to switch and release to automatically reset. TCK-2 magnetic switch, capable of identifying the direction of magnetic field movement. When the magnetic sensor detects that the external magnetic field in the N-S pole direction has crossed zero, the switch operates and switches for 2 seconds. When the zero crossing point is stationary, it is in a transition state and loses the effect of the external magnetic field, automatically resetting. The S-N pole direction magnetic field does not convert when crossing zero. The TCK-3 and TCK-4 types of retaining magnetic switches have different magnetic field forms of action. The TCK-3 type holding magnetic switch has two states that can be held. When the external S-pole magnetic field acts on the magnetic sensor from bottom to top, the switch switching contact is connected to the upper end, and the indicator red light is on, which is maintained. Even if the external magnetic field is lost, the switch is powered on or powered off, it still maintains this state. When an S-pole magnetic field acts on the magnetic sensor from top to bottom, the switching contact is connected to the lower end, indicating a green light, and it remains in this state until the next bottom-up action. The S-pole magnetic field acts up and down on a type 3 magnetic switch, which can switch and maintain various states, similar to using force to move a mechanical button switch up and down. TCK-4 type holding magnetic switch. When the magnetic sensor detects a zero crossing of the N-S pole direction magnetic field in the external magnetic field, the switch's switching contact is connected to the upper end, and the indicator red light is on. This state is maintained. When the magnetic field in the S-N direction of the external magnetic field passes zero, the switch switching contact is connected to the lower end, indicating a green light and maintaining this state. The TCK-4 magnetic switch has accurate narrow window hole magnetic field zero crossing conversion characteristics and positioning accuracy. The schematic diagram of TCK magnetic switch is shown in Figure 1. They use sensitive and reliable magnetic sensors and microelectronic devices, some of which have high magnetic sensitivity, high resolution, and wide response frequency.
