Working principle of XLDS-I chute blockage switch: This device adopts a door type structure, spring reset, and is installed on the side wall of the chute. When the material causes blockage in the chute, the accumulated material will definitely give pressure to the side wall of the chute, thereby pushing the movable door of this device inward. When the deflection angle of the movable door is greater than the controlled angle, its control switch will act, thereby issuing an alarm or shutdown signal. If connected to the control circuit of the vibrator, it can achieve automatic vibration without stopping in case of mild blockage. Installation and wiring of XLDS-I chute blockage switch
(1) Installation method:
1. Open 240× at an appropriate position on the side wall of the chute; A 260 rectangular opening is installed, and a baffle with a length of about 300mm is welded to the inner wall of the chute about 100-200mm above the opening to prevent large pieces of material from falling and directly impacting the movable door, causing misoperation. Use randomly selected rubber plates to completely cover and seal the opening< Br/>
1. Use M10× for this device; Tighten the 25 bolts onto the corner fittings< Br/>
(2) Installation essentials and main matters
1. This series of protective devices can be installed in groups of two, on two opposite side walls of the chute that are not affected by material impact, and the height is determined according to user needs.
