Installation and wiring:< Br/>
1. The pull rope switch is installed in pairs on both sides of the tape machine, and the installation bracket and the middle bracket of the tape machine are fixed with bolts or fixed. Its position should be lower than the tape and convenient for on-site workers to use. It is advisable to have a distance of about 50m between two rope switches< Br/>
&Nbsp; 2. It is recommended to use plastic coated steel wire rope (or ordinary steel wire rope 1XW19-4 (5) -150 with a wire diameter of 4-5mm). The wire rope is fixed with a rope clamp (6KTH), and a support ring is installed every 3 meters to avoid excessive winding of the wire rope and ensure reliable rope pulling action. Under the premise of ensuring normal operation of the switch, try to tighten the rope as much as possible and reduce the sag of the steel wire rope< Br/>
